The generated and emailed PDF files are giving an error when attempting to open with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat.

"There was an error opening this document. There was a problem reading this document (135)."

Ctrl + clicking OK on the error shows:

"Dictionary keys must be direct name objects."

I was able to workaround this by previewing the documents in Chrome and Printing/exporting a new PDF file, but this isn't ideal and might cause problems for people who simply forward the generated files to their CPAs.
