WETH transactions show error "could not determine the value of this sale"

Cost basis on transactions conducted with WETH are set to 0.
Users will see an error highlighted in red that says:
Could not determine the value of this sale - we don't know the price of [asset] on [date] - please add the fiat value received or mark it as a transfer.
This problem appears often on NFT purchases using WETH, whereas purchases on the same platform (such as OpenSea) that use ETH are treated normally. This error is also seen on DeFi transactions involving WETH.
In order to make your data more accurate, you can manually modify these transactions as per this article on our help center. Please be aware that once we release a fix for this issue, you may have to undo the manual changes.
You can also try removing and re-adding the wallet, then check again to see if the cost basis on the WETH transactions populates correctly. Removing the wallet deletes all transactions and any manual edits, so please only remove the wallet if there are no manual edits you need to keep.

Transactions with WETH are now being read correctly. If you have past transactions with WETH that are showing a 0 cost basis, you can remove and re-add the affected wallets and exchanges. This will allow the token to be detected correctly on all transactions as they are re-imported to CoinTracker.
Please be aware that removing a wallet or exchange deletes all transactions, so any manual additions/changes you've made will be lost. If you don't want to remove and re-add the wallet, you can update the existing transactions manually. If you've already corrected all of your existing transactions, you don't need to remove and re-add the wallet.

Please include support for Wrapped Ether (WETH). Many DeFi and NFT transactions are conducted using wrapped ETH on various blockchains, and CoinTracker does not recognize the "asset" (WETH) being transacted. It's extremely common and can have material tax implications if a user misses an 'unmarked' transaction w/WETH. Lastly for simplicity, WETH is commonly priced on various block explorers like Etherscan and Polyscan, so the information should be available for CoinTracker to more effectively monitor these transactions. Thank you!
