Extend the functionality of the Gains CSV export to include the 'Received date' field for Canadian users, similar to what is currently available for US users in CoinTracker. This feature is crucial as it allows users to see the original acquisition date of an asset, enabling them to adjust the cost basis accurately and correct any erroneous gain or loss calculations. Currently, this feature is missing for Canadian users, which limits their ability to manage and report their cryptocurrency taxes effectively.
