Support Savings & Earn transactions on Binance exchange

Users Feature Request:
- Binance has added a lending program (called Binance Saving). Includes things like BNB lending on Binance. Also Binance Earn, flexible savings, locked staking, BNB vault.
Should support:
- Transfers between spot account and other account types (e.g. savings account)
- Interest earned
- Auto-transfer feature that automatically deposits earned interest payments back into savings account
- BETH balances for staking ETH2.0
As a user, what can I do?
- We recommend users export their Earn & Savings transactions via CSV from Binance, reformat the CSV per this guide and import the CSVs to ensure the transactions are accounted for in CoinTracker. Alternatively, users can add the missing transactions manually.

I moved some assets from one place over to Binance US to stake them. They now do not show on my Binance US wallet within CoinTracker, so my totals are all wrong. I did get notices that CoinTracker saw the moves at both ends and the numbers were right. Binance US shows my staked items in my wallet on their own site. I'd have thought CoinTracker would just use the values from Binance US' wallet.

Binance.US staking is not being tracked, and I could not import it. Had to create a separate manual account to track those staking rewards earned.
