Unable to import native CSV for Bitrue exchange

When attempting to upload a transaction history to CoinTracker from the File Import page (https://www.cointracker.io/?add_integration=bitrue_exchange) native Bitrue CSV from ByBit the upload fails.
Until the importer has been fixed users can continue to upload via API or convert their Bitrue files to CoinTracker CSV format.

Looks like another issue with Bitrue CSVs have surfaced. We will investigate and update here as needed.

File import failed. Header is invalid.

I am attempting to load 1.5 years of transactions. They include deposits, trades, withdrawals and bonuses.

We have shipped a fix for this and Bitrue CSV should now be importing correctly again.

If they are not, let us know and we can investigate.
