Updated October 2023
Users may experience:
  • When attempting to upload a transaction history to CoinTracker from the File Import page (https://www.cointracker.io/?add_integration=bitrue_exchange) native Bitrue CSV from Bitrue the upload fails.
  • Users leverage the Bitrue CSV to supplement the Bitrue integration which is limited in the number of transactions it can import.
  • Unable to import Bitrue CSV or reformatted CoinTracker CSV on top of Bitrue exchange integration via import function
Expected behavior:
  • CoinTracker should support the native CSV from Bitrue exchange to avoid reformatting their CSV files to the CoinTracker generic format.
As a user, what should I do?
  • Until the importer has been fixed users can continue to upload via API and add transactions manually or convert their full transaction history from their Bitrue files to CoinTracker CSV format and import it into CoinTracker.
