Failing to import or sync Bybit exchange

Some users have reported their connected Bybit wallet is unable to update via API sync. The message "never updated" appears for these users under their Bybit wallet. Some users' coins appear inside the wallet showing balances but zero transactions. Other shows coins with zero balances but transactions appear.
Users that have attempted to fix the issue by removing and re-adding the exchange have reported that this does not fix the problem and allow transactions to resume syncing. There is no known workaround for this issue.
