Add support for TON Wallets

Users Feature Request:
Integrate support for TON wallets from The Open Network blockchain in CoinTracker. This enhancement will allow direct tracking and management of assets in TON wallets.
While TON Coin is currently supported, transactions from TON wallets must be imported via CSV as a workaround. Ensure the CSV is formatted to CoinTracker's requirements using the guide available at
this link
