We will unfortunately not have this available in time for the 2021 tax year.
We do have a work-around in place and you can add your Cardano (ADA) staking rewards to CoinTracker, calculcate and export your tax forms following this guide:

We now offer a multi-address integration that syncs all transactions for Cardano wallets based on the stake key. This includes Yoroi and Daedalus wallets. Please find instructions here: https://support.cointracker.io/hc/en-us/articles/11169088389649-How-To-Add-My-Cardano-Wallet

Ash: I am not seeing any staking rewards in my transaction history after adding my wallet via stake key.
Ash
Colin: I'm sorry you're having trouble with this! Can you please send the details to support@cointracker.io? We'll be happy to take a look!

This was marked as in progress literally over 18 months ago and is now no longer in the in-progress column. Cardano has a $30,000,000,000 market cap and has been in the top 10 for years. Yet, you don't support basic staking addresses. What is going on? Are the founders just choosing which coins to add based on their own personal holdings or something?

Well, koinly seems to be working with the wallet public keys from Yoroi or eternl wallets. If CoinTracker can't get to this request even in 2022, it might be time to consider something else like koinly.

Eivind That is not a solution as rewards are auto withdrawn from the staking address when a transaction is performed on Daedalus for example and it ruins the accounting.

CT-Mq9Ez5qK: Can you clarify what exactly doesn’t work accounting wise with the proposed work around?
If you have an example CSV of staking rewards to share and how the work around didn’t work, you can email it to me directly at

Eivind: Until CoinTracker supports stake1xxxxx as well as addrxxxxx addresses, most of my transactions are broken as they show up as sends rather than transfers. In Daedalus when you make a transaction like sending 2 ADA to another wallet, it automatically pulls funds from the rewards balance. Once this happens Cointracker can't understand where the funds came from and doesn't match it as a transfer, even if i sent to another wallet being tracked in Cointracker. I could add the funds using CSV, but those transactions would still be broken. Only by adding staking addresses that understand multi wallet addresses as one account will this issue be solved.

Assuming that CoinTracker won't have the feature of accounting for ADA Staking (Yoroi wallet) before the end of tax year in two weeks, can anyone tell me whether I will be able to manually change the CoinTracker-generated tax report for the IRS??? Or will I have to fill out out a blank ax form from scratch? Thanks.

Cointracker support for cardano is abysmal...please add support for staking and public address for cardano wallets (daedalus, yoroi, etc)

@cChandan - CoinTracker you literally marked this as "in progress" a year ago and your customers haven't gotten a single update since. Get it together man.
