Display and track DeFi position balances
submitted
Chandan - CoinTracker
Users Feature Request:
- Track liquidity pool balances and value
- Track and display staking wallets
- Track lending balances and values
Users want to be able to see their DeFi positions in CoinTracker, these values should be included in their portfolio values to get a high level overview of their total value
E.g. Missing Aave lending and Uniswap pool balances
As a user, what can I do?

It's also important to support tools that manage these Liquidity Positions - eg Aperture, vFat.io, Krystal, Orca.

Import Liquidity Pool interface
C
CT-Eqnjam3q
An interface that would allow users to submit a contract address for a ERC-20 pool. CT's software would analyze it and add it to wherever pool info is stored.
This would save the developer's time by not having to manually process every pool. It would also benefit users who use new dexs that may not yet have integrations.

Tracking Portfolio

I've noticed that staked tokens and LP tokens moved to Dao Maker, Pancake swap etc are not tracked. Is there a way of using the blockchain explorers to be able to track entire portfolios?

How to Manually Import/Add Liquidity Pool Transactions?
C
CT-1XJRL3Xl
I need to manually import my Polygon transactions into CoinTracker.
Quickswap is an exact clone of Uniswap V2 on Polygon.
How do I manually import transactions that provide liquidity to Quickswap/Uniswap pools?
How do I manually import transactions that remove liquidity from Quickswap/Uniswap pools?

DeFi Center Pools Dashboard Is Empty

The DeFi Center Dashboard [1] is not showing data from the linked Balancer pool. The Balancer Pool detail view appears to show the correct data. However, the Pools dashboard shows a $0 balance.

I know it must be very difficult, but there are better products to track defi at the moment.
Maybe you should leverage an API from Zapper, Zerion or DeBank instead of trying to rebuild everything in-house. Those tools have better coverage of the different protocols/projects and are quick to support new stuff, but they don't have any kind of historical data.
At the moment DeFi center is unusable for me, I will not be able to rely on it for my taxes next year.
On the bright side: other crypto tax tools are lacking as well on DeFi, most of your competitors are in the same boat :)

CT-AQZ4PnO2: whats your favorite DeFi solution..so far cointracker and others have been lacking...even for native wallets like AVAX and Terra...No2 and No3 in TVL...hard to believe....dreading doing this without software
