Feature Request: Export Current Balances by Exchange/Wallet with Performance Data
What is being requested?
The ability to
export current balances of coins categorized by exchange or wallet
, along with detailed performance data including:
  • Current balance of each coin.
  • Cost basis for each holding.
  • Realized and unrealized profits or losses.
  • Aggregated totals by exchange or wallet.
Why is this needed?
Currently, CoinTracker allows users to view their balances and some performance data within the UI, but there is no streamlined way to export this data in a consolidated format. Adding this feature would:
  • Simplify portfolio analysis and performance tracking.
  • Enhance visibility across multiple wallets and exchanges.
  • Provide users with easily shareable and storable records for financial planning and tax reporting.
What can users do now?
At present, users must manually navigate between wallet views and export individual transactions, making it challenging to compile a holistic overview of performance and balances.
