Option to Mark Send Transactions as Spam

Users Feature Request:
- Users would like the ability to mark "fake phishing"send transactions as spam. This is especially useful for cases where a contract creates a duplicate send transaction in what appears to be spam activity.
Note: This is often seen with fake phishing stable coins.
