Coinbase Advanced Trade 'Buy' transactions sync through the standard Coinbase API.
Buys made on standard Coinbase include the fee as part of the cost basis for the asset purchased.
Advanced Trade 'Buy' fees are not included in the cost basis. The fee is listed but not used in the cost basis calculation.
With the fees not taken into account, capital gains calculations can be unexpectedly high. You can add the fee to the cost basis if you need your account to be more accurate immediately, but when the fix is rolled out any existing manual changes will make the account incorrect again. Manual changes will need to be undone, or you can remove and are-add the wallet, which deletes all manual edits for that wallet.

This is resolved, users as of February should be seeing buy fee cost basis calculated correctly. Users can manually edit retro-active transactions affected by this bug using the following guide.

Coinbase has launched Advanced Trading on Coinbase with Coinbase Pro type fees - but these transactions are not part of the current API sync. Since these trades are typically at high volume / splits - need the API sync on Cointracker.
