Coinbase Prime staking shows "Needs review"

Users may experience:
- Coinbase Prime staking transactions show balance differences
- Multiple staking subwallets are seen on the Wallets page
Expected behavior:
- Coinbase Prime staking should display accurate balances for a single staking wallet
As a user, what should I do?
- Users can manually edit the transactions to be sent to 1 staking wallet.
