Users may experience:
  • The Nicehash integration only imports a small percentage of recent mining transactions, and fails to import transactions from previous years when the account is added. Specifically, many users report that all or most mining transactions for 2021 are missing from CoinTracker.
Expected behavior:
  • Users expect that all historical and recent mining transactions should be accurately imported when adding a Nicehash account to CoinTracker.
As a user, what should I do?
While we investigate this issue, consider using the workaround of importing Nicehash mining activity using the generic CoinTracker CSV format. Instructions for this method are available on our help site. If you use this workaround, please remove the Nicehash connection that you added using the API to avoid duplicating transactions. Once our engineering team releases a fix, you can remove the imported wallet and reconnect Nicehash via API sync.
