Missing historical transactions for Coinbase Exchange (previously Coinbase Pro)

Users may experience:
- Missing transactions prior to 5/30/24 on Coinbase Exchange.
- Balance discrepancies due to the missing transactions.
Expected behavior:
- All transactions should be visible and accounted for in the user's balance.
As a user, what should I do?
- Until this issue has been addressed, users can upload their Coinbase Exchange transaction historyas a custom file (no need to reformat).
