Missing XRP transaction when syncing Coinbase Exchange

- After adding Coinbase Exchange to CoinTracker a balance difference warning is displayed for XRP.
- Some XRP transactions on Coinbase Exchange do not sync to CoinTracker.
Expected behavior:
- All Coinbase Exchange transactions should be synced to CoinTracker.
As a user, what should I do?
- Users can manually add missing XRP transactions. Users can import the missed transactions following this guide.
