Users may experience:
- Only the send portion of the transfer is picked up and not the receive
- Wallet balance differences pertaining to the asset sent to the other portfolio
Note: This is only for transfers between portfolios within the standard Coinbase platform (including Advanced)
Expected behavior:
- Transfers between portfolios should appear as an transfer between internal Coinbase wallets on CoinTracker.
As a user, what should I do?

Engineer from CoinTracker here, we have shipped a fix for the majority of users experiencing this.
To get the corrected history, please use the re-import feature on the affected Coinbase account.
A small subset of users are impacted by a different issue with an upstream data provider; the data provider is currently correcting the error. Once they have completed correcting the data, using the re-import tool will fix your history.
