What is the issue?
Users with more than 1000 transactions are encountering the error
99999-OFX-UNSUCCESSFUL
when attempting to import their CoinTracker data into H&R Block.
Who is affected?
Users with more than 1,000 transactions importing their data to H&R Block Online.
What is the workaround?
This is a transaction limitation on H&R Block's side, and we are working with them to increase the limit. In the meantime, users can follow the steps in our help article to enter their crypto tax data in H&R Block.

H&R Block has confirmed this issue occurs for users who are attempting to import more than 1000 transactions for the tax year.
As a workaround, please follow their instructions to report the summary details from the CoinTracker Tax Center and upload your Form 8949 to H&R Block.

This bug is still active as of April 2, 2025. Fix will need to be made on HR Block's end.
In the meantime, we suggest using the workaround listed in the report to move forward with filing your crypto taxes on HR Block.
