Users may experience:
  • As a user, when I import a wallet into CoinTracker, transactions will display tokens in the entries of those transactions. There are occasions where I see a token in a transaction that appears as supported, displays a log, but when I edit or create a transaction and search for that synced token I am unable to select it.
As a user, what should I do?
  • Users should create a custom currency and manually update all transactions for that synced token so that I can edit and create transactions related to my activity with that token.
-In the example below, there is an imported transaction that displays a GVR token but when creating a new GVR token transaction it is not searchable in comparison to the GRV token which is.
  • As mentioned above, users can create a custom currency to represent tokens that behave this way and replace any and all transactions referencing these tokens.
