Binance US: Staking transactions show duplicate outflows after reimport

What is the issue?
When the re-import option is used for Binance US, some users are seeing their staking transactions display two outflows instead of one.
This can cause negative balances with the tokens, leading to some transactions suggesting for review.

It looks like I’m still experiencing this issue, even though it has been marked as “complete” here. I tried re-importing the Binance.US transactions, and it created another set of duplicates on top of the existing ones. Would it be possible to look into this?
