What is the issue? Some users may see their dashboard display stale or outdated portfolio data, which can be misleading. Often takes several minutes to see an update. Following pages can be impacted: Portfolio, Performance, & Tax Loss Harvesting Who is affected? Users who remove all wallets from their account and expect to see no tax data. Users who executed transactions and have already synced their wallets to pull in fresh data. Users who made manual edits to their transactions. What is the workaround? If tax data has not updated after removing all wallets from the account, changing your Home Country to another option and then switching it back can help reset the data shown while this is being resolved. If your stale data is not related to wallet removal, you can upvote this forum post to indicate you are experiencing this behavior. What is being requested? There are number of transaction types and features that Robinhood offers to users, some of these features are not supported by CoinTracker via our API integration. These transaction types and features include: Bonus Crypto Crypto Rewards Staking Withdrawals/Deposits Transfers between Robinhood wallets These transactions will likely be omitted or missing from your imported transaction history via our Robinhood integration. Users Feature Request: CoinTracker supports staking with the stake tag . This tag ensures cost basis is kept and no taxable events are recorded when you stake or unstake assets. Users want to track their staked assets in CoinTracker. For example, if a user stakes 32 ETH, we show the ETH leaving and the portfolio decreases by 32 ETH. Bug Report: XRP Account Deleted Transaction Missing What is the issue? An XRP transaction of type Account Deleted is not being imported into CoinTracker, resulting in a missing XRP transfer. Who is affected? Users importing XRP transactions, specifically those with Account Deleted transaction types on the XRP Ledger. What is the workaround? I am looking for an integration between CoinTracker and QuickBooks Online (QBO). This would greatly enhance my ability to manage my finances by seamlessly syncing data between the two platforms. It would be beneficial if CoinTracker could directly integrate with QBO to streamline my accounting processes.

Users Feature Request: CoinTracker defaults to UTC as the timezone for transactions. As a user, I would like to specify which timezone I am in, so that my transactions match what I see on my local wallet/exchange (which often will let users configure their timezone). As a user, what can I do? Currently, there is no way to set your timezone in CoinTracker. All transactions will be shown in UTC. This means they will sometimes fall into the "wrong" tax year (i.e. trades made around Dec 31st) For uploaded CSVs, it's important to make sure the date/time is in UTC for consistency. In the "tax" tab it says we can upload the 1099-DA form and cointracker will handle the incorrect accounting. However, I don't see a place to upload the 1099-DA. Where can we upload it?
