What is the issue?
Users who purchased a plan after October 15th, 2025 are incorrectly being told they need to renew or purchase a new plan to access 2025 tax reports—even though the documentation states these users should be eligible.
Who is affected?
All U.S. users who purchased between October 15–17, 2025.
What is the workaround?
There is currently no workaround. Affected users cannot access their 2025 tax reports despite meeting eligibility requirements.
