What is the issue?
Enabling 2FA from account settings redirects to a “Something Went Wrong” error page instead of completing setup.
Alternatively, the error may display for users attempting to log into an account with only biometric MFA enabled.
Who is affected?
- Users attempting to enable 2FA
- Users with biometric MFA attempting to log in
