What is the issue?
Users are encountering an Error 571 message when trying to connect their CoinTracker account to TurboTax using a mobile browser.
The message will share:
Looks like the sign-in window closed
Users with browser restrictions may also experience the same error message.
Who is affected?
Users attempting to connect CoinTracker to TurboTax via mobile browsers (e.g., Safari, Chrome on iOS/Android) or have browser restrictions (for example, pop-ups disabled).
As a user, what should I do?
In the meantime, users can switch to a desktop browser to connect their CoinTracker account to TurboTax or use incognito mode if already using the desktop version.
