Exodus ZIP Upload Shows No Error but Fails to Sync Wallets

What is the issue?
When uploading the ZIP file exported from Exodus, users may not see any of the associated wallets added to their account. Importing does not display any error message, but none of the wallets are being synced.
Who is affected?
Users attempting to add wallets via Exodus ZIP file.
What is the workaround?
Users can add their Exodus wallet addresses by using our blockchain integrations (Ethereum, Solana, BTC, etc.)

I Found a work around, I noticed my old exodus Import files had File "exodus-report-SAFE-2025-10-09_08-48-20" Inside the zip Folder "exodus-report-SAFE-2025-10-09_08-48-20" then V1 and V2 Folders. So I unzipped it and just used the same file name for the Folder it was extracted to. Then I zipped the whole folder and Uploaded it that way. and it worked first shot, So you need exodus-report-SAFE-2025-10-09_08-48-20.zip ->with Your exodus-report-SAFE-2025-10-09_08-48-20 inside it.
