What is the issue?
Some users have reported receiving an unsolicited MALLY token airdrop on ETH that CoinTracker values at a high dollar amount. Marking the token or the receive transaction as spam does not remove that value, so the holding continues to inflate your portfolio.
Who is affected?
Users who have received an unsolicited MALLY token airdrop connected to CoinTracker.
How can users provide feedback?
You can upvote this forum post to indicate you are experiencing this behavior. The post status will be changed to Complete once a fix is rolled out to all users. Up-voters will be notified of the status change.

My portfolio thinks I'm a trillionaire. It's showing I have 2,093,071.86 Mally worth 288M each. I have no transactions for Mally and it is not in any of my wallets. Can you fix this? I am powerless.

Same issue - chat support useless. 0 associated transactions so can't be marked as spam. Not suggested as spam in account health either. But never mind cos I'm halfway to being a trillionaire.

Sarah , nothing personal but your support is crap. Spent hours going back and forth with support to get dumped on another agent that I never heard back from. Completely unprofessional bullshit. I’m a prime level customer and that shouldn’t matter. We all out here paid for the service that is a joke. Someone needs to get off there asses and do the job. They should be paying us for all the feedback that helps you not do the job.

I call bullshit. I have zero MALLY tokens on my account and still have an overbalance of 8 million dollars. Round and round with support for hours and all they did was pass me along to the next level as they put it. Gives me no confidence in there tech. Support or the system. Your on your own pretty much.
