What is the issue?
Some users who purchase a CoinTracker plan through the Coinbase Tax Flow successfully pay, but their CoinTracker account remains on the Free plan. This happens because the payment is recorded under a different Stripe customer than the one linked to their CoinTracker account.
Who is affected?
Users purchasing a plan via the Coinbase Tax Flow looking to add missing cost basis info through CoinTracker
What is the workaround?

I just signed up for Prime account. My credit card has been charged. I logged into my account this morning to find I am locked into the "Free" account. Today is 2/25/26.
