What is the issue?
Pionex includes stablecoin→crypto trades (for example, USDT→BTC) in the total proceeds reported on its 1099-DA form. CoinTracker does not count those disposals toward its own proceeds total, so the two figures don't line up on the 1099-DA matching screen.
For example:
A USDT→BTC trade is included in the proceeds total on the Pionex 1099-DA, but the same trade is not reflected in CoinTracker's calculated proceeds for that account.
Who is affected?
Users who traded stablecoins for other cryptocurrencies on Pionex during the tax year and are reconciling a Pionex 1099-DA in CoinTracker.
