Purchased plans not reflecting in some accounts

What is the issue?
Some users who recently purchased or upgraded a plan are not seeing it reflected in CoinTracker, even though the payment processed successfully. Our team is actively investigating and we'll update this report as soon as we have more information.
As a user, what can I do?
No workaround available. The team is currently investigating the issue.

Renewed my Prime Plan manually this year to file 2025 taxes, but I cannot download my 2025 tax forms despite them being ready. Cointracker is asking me to pay for Prime sub again despite already charging my credit card.
