What is being requested? There are number of transaction types and features that Robinhood offers to users, some of these features are not supported by CoinTracker via our API integration. These transaction types and features include: Bonus Crypto Crypto Rewards Staking Withdrawals/Deposits Transfers between Robinhood wallets These transactions will likely be omitted or missing from your imported transaction history via our Robinhood integration. What can users do now? Users will need to manually add these missing or edit incorrect transactions to ensure their entire portfolio is reflected in CoinTracker. Users Feature Request: Implement a bulk editing token feature for correcting token recognition errors in transactions on CoinTracker. When CoinTracker incorrectly identifies a token in a transaction, users currently have to manually edit each transaction to select the correct token. This process can be laborious and inefficient for users with hundreds or thousands of transactions. A bulk editing tool would streamline this correction process, similar to the existing functionality for bulk ignoring transactions. As a user, what can I do? What is the issue? Token migrations from MATIC to POL (Polygon Ecosystem Token) are being incorrectly classified as taxable trades in CoinTracker, instead of non-taxable migrations. This misclassification is leading to inaccurate unrealized returns and cost basis calculations. Who is affected? Users Feature Request: As a user I would like support for derivatives trading offerings such as margin, futures, and leveraged trading products - I want to be able to either sync my trades automatically into CoinTracker or have CSV support to be able to include them in my crypto trading activity. *Note: Read our blog on derivatives trading here. * As a user, what can I do? Unfortunately, CoinTracker does not support derivatives trading, this is an offering we would like to support in the future. What is the issue? Bug Report: Duplicate Transactions for Kucoin Accounts Some users may see duplicate transactions syncing to their CoinTracker accounts. Who is affected? Users who have Kucoin accounts or recently added their Kucoin API may notice duplicate transactions syncing to their CoinTracker account. What is the workaround? There is currently no workaround. Users Feature Request: As a user, I would like support for derivatives trading offerings on Solana (Jupiter Perpetuals). Currently, these trades are imported as send and receive transactions without displaying liquidations correctly. I want to sync my trades automatically to manage these activities in CoinTracker. Workaround Please generate the data from: https://perps-data.jup.ag/trades/export/<wallet_address> (e.g., https://perps-data.jup.ag/trades/export/xyz123gbwifbnv ). This link will download a CSV file containing all perpetual trading activity on Jupiter for the specified wallet. Users Feature Request: Users are experiencing inflated transaction counts due to small, irrelevant SOL transactions, such as play_flip associated transactions. The request is to have CoinTracker automatically ignore or not count these transactions, similar to how other spam transactions are handled, while ensuring balance accuracy for SOL holdings. Suggest, also upvoting this feature . As a user, what can I do? There is no workaround for this issue currently, and it will need to be addressed by the engineering team. Users are encouraged to upvote this feature request to prioritize its development. What is the issue? Binance US transaction history not aligned between API sync, CSV export and account screenshots causing transactions to be missing from CoinTracker. This seems to specifically be affecting staking transactions. Who is affected? Users with Binance US accounts performing staking transactions, especially if relying on API sync or CSV import to reflect staking activity. What is the workaround? Feature Request: Search transactions by counterparty address What is being requested? Add the ability to search and filter transactions by counterparty address, defined as the external wallet or exchange address that sends funds to or receives funds from the user. Why is this needed?
