Bug Report: Balance Differences What is the issue? Significant discrepancies between calculated and reported balances are appearing for certain crypto assets when Kraken is synced via API. This is occurring for both the Auto-Earn and Staking features in Kraken. Users that enable then disable these features may see balance differences in their wallets on CoinTracker. (see screenshots below) Who is affected? Users who enable/disable the Auto-Earn and Staking features in Kraken or unstake an entire asset from their Kraken Earn wallet. What is the workaround? There is currently not a workaround, however our Engineering team is aware of the issue and are working on a fix. How can users provide feedback? What is being requested? Support for Polkadot Asset Hub migration so that DOT wallet balances are correctly reflected when imported into CoinTracker. Why is this needed? Currently, users importing a DOT wallet into CoinTracker see a zero balance due to the migration to the Polkadot Asset Hub. Implementing support for the new asset hub structure would ensure correct balance visibility and improve user experience. What can users do now? There is currently not a workaround, however our Engineering team is aware of the issue and are working on a fix. I would like to connect my Helium wallet directly to CoinTracker instead of creating and uploading a CSV file. The current process of manually creating a CSV seems complicated and requires a lot of manual data entry. It would be more convenient to have an option to connect the wallet using a public address.

I noticed that my CRO wallet is no longer supported in the app, which has been a hassle as I have to manually upload it via CSV every month. It would be great if support for the CRO wallet could be re-added to the app to streamline the process and avoid manual uploads.

❗ What’s the problem? VTHO transactions failed to sync to CoinTracker, and VET transactions, which previously synced, are no longer syncing. ✅ What’s the ideal outcome? CoinTracker should restore full VeChain integration by rebuilding support for the chain, including automatic syncing of both VET and VTHO transactions. I noticed that CoinTracker doesn't currently support the Morpho protocol, which is a significant part of my holdings. It would be beneficial if CoinTracker could integrate Morpho to ensure all my assets and transactions are accurately reflected. This integration would help me manage my portfolio more effectively and ensure accurate tax reporting.
