What is the issue? When a user deletes a wallet it enters a stuck deleting state and does not complete removal. User does not have any frozen transactions for the active tax period. Who is affected? I am facing difficulties in managing my crypto assets because your platform does not support the Arculus wallet. This lack of support makes it challenging to move funds off exchanges, which is crucial for crypto adoption. It would be beneficial if your platform could integrate with the Arculus wallet to streamline this process. In the meantime, users can search by blockchain individually and add each public address.

I find it cumbersome to add individual addresses for my Tangem wallet. It would be much more convenient if I could import the entire Tangem wallet at once, similar to how Coinbase and Uphold allow for whole wallet imports. This would save time and make the process more user-friendly.
