Expected behavior: Users should be able to access all assets in a transaction, including those currently truncated, to edit their cost basis and update transaction details. Users may experience: Transfer transactions synced with a variance in timestamps leading to insufficient quantity errors. - This occurs when one part of a transfer transaction is synced with an earlier timestamp than its counterpart, causing discrepancies in the sequence of transactions and resulting in balance errors. Expected behavior: Transfer transactions sync with accurate timestamps that maintain the correct sequence of transactions and ensure balance calculations are error-free. As a user, what should I do? To correct any balance errors users can adjust the datetime slightly (e.g., by a minute) by using the "Edit Date" option on a transaction. This should resolve the callout. Users may experience: Users will see an erroneous negative balance in the outgoing wallet during a transfer where both the outgoing and incoming wallets have associated fees. The outgoing wallet is reflecting both the outgoing and incoming fees, creating an insufficient balance. Expected behavior: Only the outgoing fee should be deducted from the outgoing wallet, and the incoming fee should be deducted from the incoming wallet. As a user, what should I do? Users with fees on both the incoming and outgoing side of the transaction should deduct the amount of the fee from the receiving/incoming side of the transaction and ignore the second fee so there's no double fee on transfer. What is the issue? Users may experience Send and Receive transactions being incorrectly paired as transfers, leading to 'Insufficient quantity' errors and a 0 cost basis. Expected Behavior Send and Receive transactions should only be paired as a transfer in accurate scenarios to avoid errors and ensure proper cost basis calculation. What is the workaround? Users can manually resolve incorrect transfer pairings by using the Transfer Unlinking feature. Users may experience: If I manually edit a transaction to fix an issue with the imported (common with Solana), the transaction hash link disappears. This is pretty frustrating as it can be useful to reference the transaction when fixing issues due to CoinTracker changes. To get the transaction hash back, you currently have to delete all manually edits, wait for CoinTracker to revert back to the original state, then re-apply the manual edits. Expected behavior: Users expect to see the tx hash even after a manual edit is made. As a user, what should I do? No action needed at this time. How can users provide feedback?
